These croutons, in my opinion, make any soup better. You could also just eat them off the cookie sheet, fresh from the oven. I do.
This is really simple and totally worth it, I promise.
Mix 2 tablespoons each of butter, olive oil, and whole grain mustard.
Tear or cut a french baguette into little cubes. Pour the mustard mixture over the bread and toss to coat.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes. Turn them often, and let them bake until browned.
Eat ’em up!
